		<description>Well that is a bummer!  I liked it better when I thought I could indulge in dark chocolate from what I read previously.  I can&#039;t recall whether this is listed in the &quot;7 Steps to a Healthy Brain&quot; book by Dr. Paul Winner or not.  I&#039;ll have to look.  For sure the berries and green tea are identified as good brain foods though.</description>
